So what time does the download actually become available? Midnight Eastern US? Pacific US? GMT? Or in the morning sometime?

There were other topics specifically asking what time the download would be available? I couldn't find one.

I didnt say there was another topic but if you look in almost every thread having to do with PR .8 you will see that many people have asked and the DEVs just ignored it. But hey, dont listen to me
