I'm still a bit confused about the fileplanet exclusive. Would PR not give the coverage (I assume their giving you coverage) if you didn't give them the exclusive?

In theory, once FP start getting into work (it's still only ten to eight in the morning for them) we should start seeing lovely PRtisments on the site. A site that can get over 50,000 unique vistors a day.

It's a very smart move by the PR team, given the limited scope/funds for generating publicity for this release, using fileplanet in this way will give a great return.

Well, altlease i seen DEV TEAM receive 210$ MORE than what they need, so i suppose 0.8 release greatly improve the financial aspect.

I'm not full agreeding whit the fact FilePlanet get exclusive, but, if that can help PR Community to grown, ill live whit it.

BTW, Thats a double knife you know, YEAH it can bring alot of GOOD player into the PR-Com, but it can also bring smacktard whit it. Just an opinion.
