One artillery strike allowed in first minute of city maps...
We all know that it is extremely difficult for the attacking team on the maps of SaK and SaK2 to get inside the city and capture the first flag, so I was thinking: maybe the attacking team could be allowed one artillery strike in the first minute (only artillery strike of the round for either team) so that they could soften the defense of the opposing team and have a better chance of getting inside the city.

Artillery will only be avaialble at the request of Squad Leaders and the discretion of the commander to grant the request. If they want to use that in the first minute...
Also we're changing some of these maps to be more balanced.
Right now with AAS, urban penetration is quite difficult so until we alter some aspects of AAS, we're just going to balance out the starting positions on the maps a bit.

the one round arty would be pretty cool, but ill be more then happy with the balancing that PR is doing. i think if you made the first flag white, so ticket bleed doesnt start til the defending team captures it, that would be fine.
