Very very nice model you got there! been wanting to do a FAL or FNC for a while now.. its one of those weapons thats really missing in PR. Was used all over the world and not represented in PR at all. The insurgent faction could sure have a few of them in my book.

The triangles and level of detail look perfect. A finished model.. I think the DEVs should consider contacting you on using this bad boy :P

PM a few DEVs about this rifle to get the word out and then hope for the best. Whatever you do, dont just sit on it!!!

My latest attempt and third model ever: A French VBCI, made without blueprints but with lots of reference photos :) I have never attempted a APC or vehicle before so i know none of the tricks. Not finished and has bad parts (like the joint-thing between the turret and barrel, and seems a bit weird on the left side). The basic shape is really simple so I hope to be able to unwrap this and skin it :-? Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

Nah, it will be best if all the AR-15 types of weapons use the same base in PR. Almost done modeling an ELCAN for it though. Will post some new renders soon.

Thanks!!! I realize these renders are from two different stages in the modeling, but not many minutes separate them :) Still missing headlights, tail lights, mirrors and possibly the bolts that keep the armored plates fastened to the vehicle (I’m not sure if I should model them or make them in some other way (any ideas?) but I do have the polys to spare so maybe it would be ok..?)

I made this dolphin useing 3ds max.

I used this tutorial Escalight - 3dsmax, Photoshop, Flash Tutorials, Free 3D models, etc - Modeling A Dolphin Part 1

It was pretty easy to follow, not too complicated, Kinda messed up on the tale and Face. only took my about an hour

But here it is

w/out knowing too much about this stuff i would think that a texture would do the job.
