Battlefield 2 doctoring.

Just out of curiosity did somebody come across another plattform that required the ammount of doctoring and care BF2 demands ?

EDIT: Problem solving regarding buggy hardware, shaders dont match handshake failed, crashes to desktop etc.

you mean another game? I suppose ArmA, but to be clear vBF2 'doctoring' was just handing out bags of drugs so every1 can get high and smacktard around, albeit with more health.

Define "doctoring and care". Do you mean like... ingame, or what?

I think what the OP means is "Is there another game which is as hard to modify as BF2 and requires as much work?". At least, that's my interpretation.

As for the answer: San Andreas is probably hardest to mod for, seeing as people have made huge advances with multiplayer in SA yet SA ships with absolutely no multiplayer at all.

Yea battlefield 2 is unstable...but has some neat features.

PR is the only game I'll ever keep playing with so many bugs and technical problems.

although, Medieval 2 Total War does is very buggy especially when you try to play online, it doesn't work 9 times out of 10.
