Yeah, and why not include Sweden, Malaysia and Colombia also. I understand that it would be cool for you to be able to use your own country, but why should you include Canada? How possible is it that they would fight China/MEC?
It would take a long time to make and there is many other more important fractions to include.

While I know that we all have national pride in our own countries and would all like our own included in the game, you have to think rationally about it. This is a reality mod, and the chances of Canada being involved in a war with the MEC forces outside of a coalition with the Unites States is slim to none.
Canada has a decent military, however, the chances of them ever being deployed without conjuction with other countries is slim to none.

They actually would fight China/MEC if it ever happened in real life. Canada may not have a large military but what they lack in size they do make up in skill. With Canada being an ally to the US, if a full scale war happened Canada would join (especially with Harper and the Conservitives leading the country now).torio wrote:Yeah, and why not include Sweden, Malaysia and Colombia also. Plus it wouldn't be to hard to add. All you will need to add is a different flag, and a few other small things. For the most part Canada uses American and British equipment in the first place (F/A-18, etc.).

Nah they wouldn't. I lived in Canada for 5 years (half Canadian) and the term "eh?" is no where nearly used as much as Americans think. Plus the only time you would ever hear "eh?" would be at the end of a question. Honestly I find the use of "huh?" used by many Americans far more annoying then "eh?".

I agree with egor. But I'm more of a 5/9 kinda guy. Fractions for the win.
Seriously, If any sides are to ever be included, I think we need to bring in the obvious ones first. As it is, I think Israel, Japan, Taiwan and perhaps North and South Korea are probably key countries that would play some major parts in the war.

I would love seeing Canada in. Wouldn't be hard at all... CF-18 and pretty much every thing else is the same as teh US of A. I beleive that in a major conflinct like this Canada would be one of the first to sign up. I mean this is pretty much like WW3. Canadian forces are in Afganistan helping you guys with your "other war." So i believe it would be VERY realistic to have Canada as a part of this game
BTW 10/11 is so underated omg.

Y'know i bet the baddest army in the world would be from Fiji
to be back on topic, id like to see some China Vs MEC before i see any new sides being introduced.
Afterwards id say get the British in allied with U.S.
Then get the Koreans allied with China.
and MEC, well its the whole middle east, so they dont need allys i guess.

essential info about the C7
The C7 rifle is a slightly modified copy of the Colt M16A2 assault rifle, licence-built by Diemaco company of Canada.
The C7 rifle, along with C7A1 flat-top, scoped rifle and C8 carbine, is adopted by Canadian Forces, and is in service since 1984. It is also adopted by Danish and Netherlands armed forces.
Like the M16A2, the C7 is a direct gas operated weapon, but it has full-auto and single-shot modes instead of the original three-round burst and single-shot modes of the M16A2. Other differences are simplified two-position aperture rear sight with only two settings. Barrel is crome-lined and rifled for SS109 (5.56mm NATO) ammunition. The C7 and C8 are issued with black polymer 30 rounds box magazines but also can accept any M16-compatible magaines.
Essentialy full auto/single shot version of m16 with optical scope.
This is why we should add Welsh forces.

Also 3/4 is the best fraction.
I would rarther see the rest of the forces completed, especily the enemy's (MEC, China) and if another force was added i would rarther it be a force in the middle or an enemy.
