The battle for Qinling
if you fly over there the chinese tanks are parked with a chopper you can rearm and repair it even if you are the US team.

They get ammo/repairs from the enemy command post.

do you get enough ammo to reload a bomb / missile from it? needs to be fixed anyways.

It is not a bug and I bet the rate is not fast enough to be a exploit.
Its just that the radius is big enough to serve more then one vehicle.
The command post is a place holder for some one who cares to just give ammo and repairs all day and you will never find that on a public server.
