We have a vacant position within the [R-DEV] team. The position is as Lead Tester but is by no means a breeze
As Lead Tester your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating anywhere between 60-100 testers from various regions & age groups.
- Coordinating with Production and Server Admin(s) to schedule testing times which coincide with internal test releases.
- Unbiased hiring & firing of testers in accordance with PR Leadership.
- Administering Tester forums (User approval, forum moderating, etc.)
As Lead Tester you are ideally:
- 25-30 years old
- Respected member of the community
- Previous or Current experience in Project Management and/or People Management
- Have a structured & organized work ethic
- Previous testing experience with either software or games
- Last but not least... love this mod !
