crashes

I know there are a few posts about loading crashes but I have sorted it out apart from it still crashes on all training servers and another new game which I cant remember atm is there any reason for this I have changed my resolution so I can play most just not all

if you can help that would be much appreciated.

my post doesnt relate much to dysons but i wanted to save some room. basically whenever i load into a map it will crash right when its done loading. i already fixed to the resolution problem but this is something else that im not sure about. what i noticed is that the loading screen is blank and doesnt show any map info so im guessing i probably need to reinstall. Suggestions?
