A few of the maps I've been playing lately found that asset that the squad have managed to get to positions being taken by other squads while we weren't finished with them.

It was so bad in one, while manning a 50.cal it got driven way from our position of defense. ( but that's another story ) could we not have squad ownership on assets. very few SL's are going to be able to hot wire a car/lorry.

Maybe allow engineers freedom to take car's and lorries so they could jack them. ( maybe even enemy trucks )

is it possible to get ownership/keys

This enemy vehicle thing is not doable as long as we have maps showing car movements in real time. That is because all user controllable vehicles will show on the map, which mean that map would show also empty enemy vehicles. So when a command truck suddenly appears on the map in the middle of nowhere, you could be sure that the enemy is there trying to flank you from behind.

Yeah I agree. Some time ago I was using the .50 on a humvee to defend a flag with my squad, and a guy hops in and drives it to his squad. Then they commanded me to get out because it was 'their' humvee now, and even tk'd me while I explained they stole it.
