I've put in quite a few hours into .8 (Although I haven't been able to recently due to a busted DVD drive) and I've come up with a few suggestions to help improve the mod.
Note: I tried searching for these suggestions and checked some recent topics so I'm sorry if I resuggest something.
1) More realistic damage

Now for my contribution. I think we should lower the bleed out precent to about 65% but only let medics heal to that point. If you want to get back to full strength you'll need to go to a field hospitol. With the new kit limiting system and the deviation system I'm about to explain I think people would now have more insentive to get patched up instead of just laying down and dying.
2) Better deviation
For anyone who played America's Army I think we can all agree that the aiming system rocks! Now I don't think it's possible to make the gun sway while standing still so I think here's how we can over come it. First there will need to be some kind of deviation indicator like the one on the HAT for all rifles. It will get wider and narrower as time goes on to represent your breathing. A lot of things will affect it but the two I want to highlight are health and stamina. As your health and stamina decrease the deviation will start to increase until it'll be almost impossible to kill anything outside of close quarters unless you rest and heal. If this isn't possible then just include the first part and keep everything that affects deviation now.
You know the drill. Just tell me if you love it or hate it...or if it's hardcoded.

Hardcoded, and both ideas have been suggested before.
Healing can't stop at a certain percentage. Deviation is is only affected by walking, turning, firing, and stance.

i think a deviation marker/bar/indicator is needed. it doesnt need to be something really big and ugly which distracts you, maybe just breathing sound or a indicator above the magizine indicator.
a real soldier know when hes steady and ready to fire. we do not. so we need to "cheat" a bit and give us a little help to know that.
