6000 seconds respawn.

Second time this happens : my squad was on a supply truck, then the truck stoppend and deployed the 2 crates while at the same time I was exiting from the truck, result in me killed by the crates and my respawn time set to 6000 seconds , still counting I think .

If you are not the squad leader of the squad and select the officer kit that happens.

Yeah, you need to be SL of a squad with 3+ members (inc. you) or Commander to select the Officer kit. If you choose it to spawn with and get instant spawn it'll just kill you. Only way to get an officer kit if you ain't SL or Cmdr is to pick one up in the field.

Mmmh I was the SL for sure when I respawned (in a 4 member squad) but can be that two guys quitted, the map was ending, so I had officer kit in a squad of only 2 (no more a squad then).

If you commit suicide as commander you will also get 6000 sec respawn. Happened to me twice, first by accident, second to see if this was really the reason.
