No kit available from firebase.

I was playing 64 man Mutraah Docks and there was 1 firebase built into a garden which had no way out but jumping boxes. 2 humvees spawned and got stuck. That's NOT the bug I am pointing out but I think it needs looking at itself. Everyone was complaining that they could not get a kit. I could not get any kit at all even with alot of kits still unused.

So I destroyed a humvee, and guess what? I could get a light AT. Then after the next time the humvee spawned, I destroyed both humvees and was rewarded with a HAT.

This is a bug IMO. It may take some effort to reproduce it but as far as I am concerned this occurance can't be explained by "there is a timer of 10min on HAT ect".
