Damn,

I am really fed up with the teamchanging guys.

Some people always have to play the faction with helis or jets.
Also if you are a good pilot, so what? Others also have the right to fly - if they can fly, not including crashing at the start or while landing.

I am really sick of it.

I always get teamchanged just because some guys (including clan players) switch to the "cool" side.

Auto balance ON, teamchanging OFF.

I am sure I'm not the only one with that experiences.

Insurgency gets plauged with this, but I donno about disabling it, or if it's even possible.

I'm in a clan, and when a couple of us go to a server we try and get on the same team. That sometimes means we have to switch in the middle of a round or at the beginning of the next.

I would agree with you, but at the moment I always switch to the side with some sort of vehicle, aircraft or not. Sad I know, but I do play this game for fun.

To be honest, it depends who I am playing with or such things.

Well, but what are those supposed to do who would also like to have fun? they just end up on the "not funny" side.

Then everybody starts reconnecting and do whatever to get on the cool side?

That would end up in a mess...

The funny thing is that after the teamchangers are on the side they wish to be other people get switched to the unfunny side. And this freaks me out...

and if people like you and other known teamplayers from clans etc do that stuff something is not right in this mod.

If your crashing on takeoff sounds like you need to visit the training servers, It really screws up a team if you can't fly and you keep crashing the heli's I don't care who flys me into battle just get me there alive.

i often play with friends and we do make an effort to go on the same team, playing with people you know in the same squad does wonders to teamwork and gameplay, i suggest you do the same instead of whining about it.

The only mod problem I have is deviation and spawn times.

Yes, I do like helicopters and planes more, I want to be a pilot in real life and I used to play flight simulator alot. Therefor naturally I like to fulfill the role that I like best. At the moment I don´t like playing as infantry, only on rare occasions. There for why am I forced to do it? Either I do something else or find another server. I know this is a bad attitude, but remember this is not because I don´t want to teamplay but because it is not fun and I won´t spend 2 hours of my time like that.

The main reason to play PR is for fun no? I don´t affect others by not playing infantry at all. I just try to use teamwork in different things. I am the first to ask for spots on enemy etc.

Part of the problem is a huge lack of maps designed for vehicles, because clearly they are popular.

You do if you switch the teams to fly or use other vehicles, you take the chance for those who were on the side before.
I dont say that these pilots dont teamplay then, I am just angry about teamchanging EVERY ROUND to the jet team and then switching me or other people on the other side.

I dont whine about lacking teamplay. I know enough people and can take a squad myself to teamplay.
I am whining about people who TEAM CHANGE just to get a freaking jet or any other vehicle.

But I also would like to play USMC or any other faction with a jet or heli sometimes...

I guess from now on I also shit on the fairness and just play egoistic like everybody else apparantly...

I dont get it why so few people understand my point.

What would happen if EVERYBODY who wants to fly or use anyother cool vehicle would teamchange and do every effort to get on the cool side?

I think you underestimate the people who would like to fly a heli.

Well, I am the one who stays on the "not jet side". Thats why I am so pissed... But I guess you dont understand me because you would also change like you said before.

Actually all you need is a script that prevents people switching to USMC/UK/USA unless that team has less players than opfor.
Honestly I don't mind when one team has 1 or 2 more players than the other, but I keep seeing it all the time and it's always the coalition side, always!
Everywhere I go play, there's always 1 more player on the coalition side even if the damn team is losing the map.

Well there are a total of 3 maps with heavy air assets on, 2 of which have them on both sides, so I can´t see the complaint tbh.

IMO if you start locking teams you'll get people who are unfairly switched in even bigger quantites, plus a lot of very pissed off people. Not being nasty, but if you don't like it, get your own server mate.

Well, I would also like to fly from time to time... and lately I got teamswitched or the chopper got taken away from people who switched sides for the freaking heli. and that led to an outburst of anger in this forum

Well. I can't say I hate all those guys switching to the cool US or Brits, because that means that most of the time I connect I get to be MEC. And if not, I can switch pretty fast over to MEC.

USMC? US Army? Brits? Meh.

What I hate though is that Server Setting where you get switched to the opposite team after you got killed, just because the other side has less player because they are loosing and all the Noobs are leaving the server because they can't stand to see their Nickname featuring on the loosing side of the score screen.

I think there are some commas missing in that last sentence, anyone who finds them gets a cookie.

I like being able to switch teams. It means that when I join a server and see that both teams have equal amount of people (excluding me), I can take a look at the squads list and pick the team with a decent squad that I can actually join (I hate squad-leading all the time because nobody else can/will). It also means that you give people the option to switch teams when they are unfair. I don't do it too often, but I imagine some people might be more willing than others to balance teams manually.
