server up = 2 month?

One of our clan leaders apply'd for the server licence more than a month ago, and we still dont got any licence not even a pm back. nothing, the server is currently on vBF2 thats sux ***

didnt find anywhere else to put this up but is this normal or is it just forgotten to "Accept" or something?

Red tape. You're sure your leader filled out the forms in triplicate, sent each one to the correct person (gotta be the right colour forms), waited the requisite 30 days, and called the devs for his pledge of allegiance within 31 days of the submission date (mon-fri, fiji office hours only), then agreed upon the date of his 'initiation' at the dev's mansion and the colour of the gimp suit he was to wear there?

If he's done all that properly, it's probably either an oversight or things are running slow as people are busy.
