This would be totally unnecessary, and I know that women, at least in the US Military, are not "supposed" to be in direct combat, but what about having a female skinned (and possible voiced) soldier for the US and GB forces at least?
Maybe have the Medic class be female, maybe rifleman ironsights too. That way (for US) we have white male squad leader, white female ironsights, black male optics, maybe black female medic, and white male engineer?
It's just a suggestion, and it might be funny to have female snipers, specops, and HAT soldiers if they spawn as a female kit, then request one.
Again, it's not necessary, but might represent the integrated military more.
Plus women soldiers are hot.

Also when making suggestions think to your self "how will this change the game? will is affect game play?"
