More Communication Tools

Allright. I would like some new VOIP fuctions in PR. If it is possible of course. I guess some, or many of these VOIP functions are totally useless or similar. Anyway..
I think the biggest problem with the new functions is where they should be placed...


PILOT(s) :
- Communicate with the men inside their helicopter ( Passengers ... )

Commander :
- Communicate with the pilots
:: Some pilots are unassigned to a squad.

Squad Leader ( SL ) :
- Communicate with other SLs ( Squad Leaders )

Everyone :
- Communicate with all people close to the ( 10-20 yards ) .
:: Not needed of course.


P.S:
I can't respond on the thread unfourtantly because I'm on a vacation ... Using the hotel MAC at the moment. So, carry on.
