with todays deviation, i'd say no. maybe a a machinegun on a swinging arm like an earlier poster posted, but nothing more.
also, please cover up the back of the vodnik in humvee fashion. frigging racism to only give one side the attention

edit: the british rover is still the coolest one. cab, win in the hair, dual machineguns and little to no protection ;D

Perhaps we're going about this wrong. give the seats by windows mounted weapons, in a manner similar to the guns in the passenger seat of the Landie and Technical, that when you get into the seat you use the mounted weapon, except the mounted weapon would be a rifle of the correct fashion. If it's codeable of course, and if it can be done without making it look like M-4s are stuck onto the sides of the humvee when no ones in the seat.

Now...why would it be pointless mate? it would be difficult to kill a target while on rough ground yes!
But when driving on a street, six guys blitzing you with a .50 and their rifles couldnt possibly be pointless!

I think the primary argument against it is that you would see them used as mini-TOW Humvees.

It's just a waste of ammo if you do that readmenace, because you could get shot through the window more easily than if you were behind the humvee, and you are much more likely to miss, and you have smaller field of view, and you only have one shot nowadays.

i played today and our team was chasing some infidel who just drive so nuts that his car went upsidedown.
then he crawl out and start to run.
i was just sitting in a car rifle by my side.
but that infidel end his life luckily
