I don't think the Huey is perfect yet, and as such LBs are needed, i would perhaps reduce it by one perhaps but thats it.

Helicopters are valued a LOT, it is a biggie when they crash.
- Enemy team gets the kills for the copter (you lose lots of tickets) with a full copter
- Mobility is diminished every time one crashes - hence MEC can establish their defences again
Many people seem to like the negative score not allowed to fly idea. That would work fine I think, the others can be abandoned.
Give like -100 teamwork score for a pilot being killed with his helicopter, whether by crash or by being shot. Then prevent people who's general score + teamwork score is negative from requesting pilot kits. (You get general points for flying people, but negative teamwork points for losing a chopper asset I believe).
This would also deter people from making hot landings and being reckless.
