hello guys i´ve got another problem

i´ve installed PR 5 days ago and play it since then.
but 3 days ago my main bf2 account sluismaster1 went offline (as you can see on the screenshot) and my name disappeard, i was lucky that i had another account sluismaster .
and i just started playing again, but a few minutes ago that one disappeard too
and i checked if my battlefield 2 accounts were still there but they are gone too
i only got my Defaultplayer account but thats only for offline play

what can i do about this?
i re-installed PR again with no effect, and i cant create another account cos i allready have 2 on the email.

yes i did, but im reinstalling BF2 and after that PR ...
i´m gonna try to retrieve it again when i did that.
i´ll let you know when it works (or doesnt work:lol

Easy, happened to me a few times after BSODs or whatnot.

No reinstall required.

1) Count how far down the "corrupted" account is. In this case number 2 I think?

2) Go to my documents/battlefield 2/profiles.

2) Open the folder with 0002 or 000x, x being the account number.

3) If you have custom controls, copy the controls.con to a safe location.

4) Delete the 000x profile folder. In this case 0002?

5) Open PR, click on the manage accounts, then retrieve. Fill in the details. It will retrieve it.

6) Exit PR and copy the controls.con back in, skip if you didn´t back it up.

7) Reset your video settings to the ones you want, make sure your cotrols are what you want and done!
