hence why EA/DICE made such a big deal about how they where going to make BF2 so "modder friendly" cos BF1942 they didn't even think about mods when they made it, they only really thought about how good it would be after it was released after seeing so many mods come out, then they started to support them. So they where going to go with that rout with BF2, and at the start, they did, but after BF2 was released, they saw how "buggy" the editor was and they saw how hard it was for BF2 to be modded, they went with a change of plan and to simply stop focusing on mods and instead they focused on the xpacks, bf2142 but more importantly in this case there "booster packs" where there replacements for the mods which they thought they could make more money off than mod teams.Kenny wrote:I realy don't get EA (maby no one dose) but you would think they would of figured out that a game that has lots of modding capablite sells more becuase people are looking for some varity. I know people that have just brought a game because it's got a lot of modding potential an other who have braught a game just becaus some of the mods look great. So if most average normal human beings can reconise this so does that mean EA is an race that is not human?
I think this would explaim alot
So ye, I think BF3 will have even less mod support than BF2...
