Autorotate for helicopters?

Autorotate for helicopters?

Is there anyway to make it so that when helicopters at low altitudes going relativly slow or relativly fast can use "autorotate" to land a severly damaged aircraft?

I noticed that(unless im just a better helicopter pilot than I thought) that sometimes when going low and slow(ish) that when the helicopter is about to blow up I can land it and runn like hell with any other passengers that I have-This is attribute to PR(or myself). But I suggest that something new be brought in to make the survivability rate of a crashing helo go up by bringing in some reality. A crashing helo can use "autorotate" to slow down its fall, this is caused by the kinetic energy that was still moving the blades and by the wind pushing through the blades as the helicopter falls.

I think it would be a good eliment of reality and bring some more fun and teamplay to impliment "autorotate" in helicopters, so that if they are going the right speed and at a certian altitude, they can expertly guide the helicopter in and bail out before it just explodes.

tail rotor failure is in game on local games, but dose not work on dedicated servers.

Those might interest you. And I know that helo autorotating has been suggested before, even if it's not in the *** thread and I can't find it after 30 seconds of searching.
