or they joined infantry, at one point saw shiney! apc! ill get in it and one man it. then i get hear from the apc squad about him.
Sadist_Cain wrote: A persons individual ability comes secondary, if there's a good SL then hell get the most out of the squad as a unit, not by kicking people to hope better ones come in, That's just an SL failing and relying on SMs to take up the slack
there are enemies to our left, i tell a guy to watch the left, he doesnt listen, i again tell him to watch the left. well i guess i should watch all the directions myself.
Sadist_Cain wrote: The gloooorious thing about being an SL is EVERYTHING is you fault, if it all goes totally tits up it's your fault (your SMs were just following orders) however if everything goes right then you coordinated that and you must let your SMs know that they were the ones who did the dirty
its my fault our medic dropped his med kit for a sniper kit in a jungle map. yaaay!.

wait, isnt that being assholeish? and what do you when they dont. 'oh sorry 5 other guys we can get a rally up because that guy doesnt want to come to me to set one. you'll just have to spawn back at main and walk it.

a non-team player is a detriment and danger to his squad.
