maybe for the VOIP we could make them a little more... noticbly different. i know theres times when i thought it was green and it was yellow and i was talking to the commander XD i believe i was insulting him too.. which was bad.. XD

Make Voip and chute icons Square, they will look better on lower gfx settings (circles are harder to anti-alias)

Teek - I run all on low with AA and AF turned off, when I get it all up I'll see how it looks and if it's dreadful then I'll revert them to square icons.
LithiumFox - Atm the only difference we've made between the two VoIP icons in that the CO one has a star, but taking your suggestion into consideration we might have to change it.

Well what can you think of that can be different for talking to the commander other than having a small star (As in what could represent talking to a higher rank)?

Right, [R-DEV]AncientMan has started a re-design and I may be working with him on this with our goal to make the HUD as minimalistic as possible. Hopefully we will be able to come up with something that can give you more immersion, but it's still early days.
