Improving Sight Picture On G3 Iron Sights

Yeah, but again, I think it goes for many weapons (G3, AK, most LMG's...).

I need to dust off my aperture...

ACtually I prefer the AK as it is at the moment, I think its way more awesome than it was before and I can actually hit more with it..

If it were moved any closer, the rear apeture would not be perfectly matching the ring of the front sight.

I hate to bring this up again, but I stumbled across some information in an HK user manual for the HK93. It turns out the front sight ring is intended to be smaller than the rear aperture when sighting:
