Portable mortar system for insurgents
A portable mortar system for insurgents would be great.I always thought of insurgents of having mortars, ak's, and rpg's.Check this crazy jihad video out for more on what i mean LiveLeak.com - Mortar attack on US Base and response.

I've thought about this as well. Technically they would have a small chance to hit and kill any soldiers, but they would cause long lasting supression effects and force the targets to take cover inside buildings. Maybe this could make up for the lack of optics for the milita/insurgents.Marc-5ive wrote:A portable mortar system for insurgents would be great.I always thought of insurgents of having mortars, ak's, and rpg's.Check this crazy jihad video out for more on what i mean LiveLeak.com - Mortar attack on US Base and response.
Or... That was atleast my idea with mortars in PR.

The Squadleader of the Insurgents has a grenade launcher. It can be used as a Mortar.

Mortars have been suggested a lot, portable and non portable, the truth is they are too difficult to implement realistically IIRC, portably at least.
