Happy to see yet another new player in PR.

From the guide:

Epipen

Image Carried by Combat Medics, this allows them to heal incapacitated soldiers. Be warned - after you revive a team mate, they will still be bleeding and will require a field dressing or medical aid, be sure to give it to them. A medic carries a limited amount of epipens.
ImageProject Reality Tip Be sure to check the broken heart symbol on the map to see if the victim is relivable. Players are not relivable if they get shot in the head or killed by a large explosion or with a knife.

Resuscitate

Image Combat Medics use this ability in the process of reviving a critically wounded friendly before using the epipen.
ImageProject Reality Tip It's always good practice resuscitating casualties before using the epipen. Sometimes, a revivable casualty's body will get glitched in the ground due to BF2 physics and this will free their body. After resuscitating a casualty you will have a much higher chance of reviving them.

Tactical gamer is a US server with mostly English speaking people, as good as it has been when I have been on. Not sure how many Italians are playing PR, but your more likely to find them, and a better ping, on a euro server. No offence at all to TG people, your servers awesome, and I've had many good games on there, ping doesn't seem to have much of an impact on me even when it's around 150 eihter, seems to run almost as smoothly as the 20-30 I get on euro servers for some peculiar reason.

Yup, Thor's (German based) has a pretty wide range of languages as well, also Heroes (French based) has lots of languages too.
