I think this is a good idea but I don't think a commander should be on the team so it can be used. It should be that one can only be placed by a squad every 15 minutes and only 2 could be present on the map at any given time. It would be set like a regular rally point.

What's to stop some player from being a bit of a arse and placing one of the caches in an obscure random spot and wasting one for the Insurgents? That why I think there should be a commander, to make sure that these are placed strategically and with some co-ordination fro the team.

I would only like this if they added a scout chopper to each INS map.
