i changed my buttions becuase my f 1-12 keys dont work, and i heard to snipe better you should hold f4, if this is true should i press my numpad 4 key<i changed f keys to numpad keys> instead?

No, to better snipe, press 3 (the normal number key 3) while zoomed in. You will then hear a breathing sound. Once the sound is over and you cannot hear it anymore, you are ready to shoot with the best accuracy.
