There are plenty of woodland areas in middle east similar to this map

I think the mistake many people make is associating a lot of things with middle east

olive trees
angry palestinians
angry israelis

I've see white grass, bleached from the sun. Happens allot out in the desert. But a tint or two lower will make it a a little more real.

Due to the location cat has set on this map. (Kazakhstan/Chinese border, from what I've understood) I would say that PLA vs Militia / Russia vs Militia would be the best, but it's up to cat, and all those guys with an [R-XXX] in their nick

looks cool but this neon grass has to go. make it way darker.
