Same with the CROWS, I believe to save even more time and grief, you ought to use our CROWS instead heh..

It's an urban survival kit so you shouldn't be seeing it fielding on mass armor maps.

But yeah, some weapons should be dummies that can be dropped in on a whim.

Personally, I'm working on (albiet I'm new to modeling) dummy rocket pods and gun pods for helicopters. Eventually I'll make some helicopters (it's going to be a while) with blank hard points. It's always annoyed me that certain vehicles have interchangeable weapons in real life but are static parts of the in game model. Gets annoying when you want to change the TOW missiles to more rocket pods or anything along those lines.

Well the CROWS and the M240 arent attach to the turret and I was planning on asking to use the CROWS from the Stryker that was more just for show thats why i didnt attach it all yet

back on topic, model look good, 16,000 polys is too high, 10k should be max for a MBT. any chance you can produce some larger renders with edged faces etc? :)

as rhino askd can you post some wire frames, rhino said 10.000 polys for a MBT is max that realy realy realy max try to stick around the 8000, o btw if you dont know BF2 counts traingles as polys!!!

If this is real, we should just use it on maps where the U.S. is facing Insurgents, or maybe even the Militia. That way we can have all of it's weapons be used without having to worry about it being a balanced fight.

I thought you DEVs guys were opposed to the whole TUSK thing, or did you just not want the TUSK parts on every M1A2?

Nice model though, would it be possible to have a non-TUSK version made out of this model? We are still using the crappy vanilla one right?

Rhino, rhino, I'm not saying give the enemy **** things, I'm saying give the other teams stuff to equalize the TuSK. The INsurgents have an artillery shell IED, the MEC cna get a BMP1 and 3 (I beleive thats the numbers, the ones with the cannon and auto cannon) the PLA, well I'm not sure what they would get since I'm not sure of their own capabilities. Maybe give them that new MBT? Milita have anti tank guns, those would be devastating to an abrams after a few hits no matter what 1 says. hmm...who else do we have? I hink thats it

To Delta, there's a new tank being made for the PLA, the Type 99 I believe.
