You can get in the "cargo part" of the chopper by "leaving" it from certain passenger seats, yes. Then you throw the hook down. And hope it doesnt get lost. Then you climb down and... well, then you slow-roped. The chopper must not move one centimeter during the procedure (which takes quite some time). This gives every insurgent who has a brain more than enough time to shoot that big bird out of the sky with an RPG, or even with small arms fire (the slowropers at least).
