The m113 has been around longer than the stryker, m2 bradley, and the humvee ,and is the us backbone for transport for us forces on the ground.I seriously think this should be put into pr because of its history going back all the way to 1960.
Anybody agree???

Wow, that link is older than I am. Because I haven't seen an M113 used in a long time. The US Army has mainly switched over to the Stryker's, HMMWV's, and Bradley's as it's transport units. I've seen them used in other nations, but not the US.
When you enter a room full of armed men, shoot the first person who makes a move, hostile or otherwise.
He has started to think and is therefore dangerous.

It may be possible to see this in PR, but for the MEC reserves... Old thing got replaced even tho it is still good on the BF, pretty much like the Huey and the T-80/72's

No, it didn't; they are used by different types of unit. The M113 is still in use by engineers and in mission variants in heavy brigade (mechanized infantry and armor) combat units. Strykers are in what are called Interim, Medium or just Stryker brigade combat units.Airs0ft_S0ldier11 wrote:didnt the stryker replace this?
And this has been suggested before. Please use search next time.
