Repair/Build icons

Noticed in the changelog that the repair icon's been switched to a shovel. Just a REALLY minor suggestion, but could it be done so the repair thing could be split into a LMB/RMB thing so both can be used, if that hasn't been added to the next build or something that is of course

i actually noticed that some of the other buttons in the Q menu got several functions even though they do not show it, i think it's the firebase deploy that if RMB'ed says follow me or something else. i would request to have as many options as possible in this menu, like maybe medic/ammo request is put together in the same menu so that it could make room for other commands (i do not know how many sound options we got, but the more the better.
