Switching to desktop while loading causes critical error.

I have found that if you switch to your desktop while PR is loading something, the colors go all funny and you have to restart the game to get anything to work.

This is not specific to PR. It's a BF2 issue.

ive found that i get a PB heart beat error if i alt tab out of game

it's an EA game. don't tab out of it cause it's really unpredictable.
i can't even use the forward button on my keyboard to skip mp3 since bf2 kinda cripples all the controls for background processes.

i need to have the taskmanager up to be able to alt-tab the game now with vista 64bit. always worked in xp
