The sound for the SA80 isnt perfect but its workable. There are more important things going on with the development im sure. The problem is a game cannot truly portray how deafeningly loud almost everything in war is. With the sa80 sound in perticular i find the sound is too tinny. it does bare a resemblance to the real thing but there needs to be more 'boom' in the bang, as stupid as that may sound. Because, afterall it is a small explosion going on.
I have editing a small clipwhich is under a minute of footage. It has a 66mm being fired, some incoming rounds and me blatting off at an enemy position. It is stuff which has been on our battalions dvd which we sold to the public so cant see it being a drama. Not sure whether ill pass it into Devs or stick it onto youtube yet. Wait Out
