My idea is something of a combination of the insurgency game mode and the VIP game mode from way back when. Instead of of the coalition forces needing to protect the VIP however, switch the roles. Make the VIP a member of the insurgent team, as a sort of "militant leader" role. The idea being that coalition forces would obtain "intel" from kills which would indicate the VIP's postion much the same way as the insurgency game mode does with caches. (Obviously the intel increments would have to be much smaller to provide more regualar updates on the mobile VIP) Once the VIP is located the objective would then be to ARREST him, not kill him (as this, in my mind, would be too easy)Arresting him could subtract from the insurgent tickets, whist killing him would yield no change (except a waste of time for the coalition). The VIP could also be somewhat similar to the civilian class i.e. unarmed-in the interest of game balance and a suicide=arrest penalty-to prevent "you'll never take me alive" tactics.
