basically yes, thou its much more worth it if you do a entire series of snow maps (3+) so I would have more than 1 mapper working on this if I was doing it.

snow topped mountains is all he has which you can get away with painting rock white thou its not perfect.

90% of the map is not snow.

Oh, lets not forget about Norway in world war 2, the freaking campaign lasted for two months and you were occupied by Germans till the war ended.
