Straightforward suggestion, possible to add a timer counting down the 2 minutes of the critically wounded status?
Extra suggestion: Remove ambient sound as the screen goes black. You can't see, you shouldn't hear.

Re: Wounded timer
Well there is a timer so to speak. As you know you have the flashing red outline and the audio cues. The timer itself is when you hit black and white vision, this means get a medic quick or your toast.
However, something to give you more of a sense of how close you are to the Black and White should be implemented. My recommendation is to have the screen flashes become more and more frequent as you bleed out (being very frequent just before you switch to the black and white vision).
Long story short I agree with a timer for wounded...just not LITERALLY a timer itself, for realism sake.

Re: Wounded timer
I think me means critically wounded timer
its 2mins
if the screen could slowly turn black or something over two mins it would be good
for just wounded, would it be possible for focus to change rather than so much blood? Might be better for going in to unconciousness.

No, I think he means you eventually stop bleeding, if your health is high enough when you start bleeding.

No, i do mean a timer counting down the 2 minutes after you're shot and lie critically wounded. Sorry for not being precise.

But if you are talking about a timer after your on the ground, just open the squad/kit screen and you'll see it.

Re: Wounded timer
I know, i know. But it's not just for me, it's mainly for the ones im going to epipen.
It's a rather minor detail, but atleast i think it would be useful. It'd be the same as you say, just a lot easier to keep track of. How often can anyone say they checked the time of day they were shot?
Earlier you had the 30sec countdown, i can't see why you shouldn't have the 2mins.
