i have noticed that the G3 assault rifle has ALOT of recoil espicialy in automatic mode. but an well trained soldier can keep the gun on target in short firing of 4 bullets in automatic mode.

Plus the weapon is more powerful than other rifles so it balances.
Also if you watch the, video closely you can actually see that there is a fair amount of muzzle climb especially when compared with other rifles.
