There's some modifications I need to make to the camo swatch (Black stripes in the wrong places) but overall I think it's coming along nicely :D

Nice, although the red/white circle on the tail sticks out too much/is too bright, maybe burn tool a bit?

The Problem is that the AH-1 Cobra the JGSDF uses is the older Cobra... you know... like Vietnam era Cobra ;)
The Model from vanilla BF2 is the AH-1Z Super-Cobra
I'd go with the Apache instead as it has doesn't have any high differences like the Cobra and Super-Cobra.

But it's nice repaint and I think that it would just fine in the JSDF faction. Think of it as an "upgrade" of the GSDF Cobra Fleet. :D

EDIT: I just thought this... what if we get some stuff that the CQB team could use and trade it for some CQB stuff this faction could really use?
Although I don't know... probably they'd decline again.

You never know, maybe they're kind enough to trade?

Otherwise, agreed we could use the Apache instead but right now, this is also very good TBH. But I kind of noticed the diff with the nos of both cobra (one is smaller, one is taller)... Oh well.

If somebody if kind enough to model the Ninja, wow, do so! :D
I'd like to know tho, is it possible to recode the USI-repair-HMMVW so it can carry 6 men? Then reskinning it would be ace.

We should try to contact Rhino or some other mod lead and ask them to propose something to the CQB guys. I don't they (PR devs) would like it if we just wend and traded resources with them on our own.
But it's worth a shot!

And yeah, I just noticed the differences in the Cobra when I was skinnign it. I'll start to do the Apache instead.

And nice to hear you'll be working on the uniforms Rambo. If you need to use the Flecktarn brushes I posted before feel free to use them. ;) They're accurate, trust me.

Flecktarn Brush by ~Panzerfire on deviantART
I made them out of photos of Bundeswehr Flecktarn but since the pattern is similar to that of the JSDF I guess it'll be useful to do it as well.
It's got two very large brushes that can cover up a lot of space from the uniform. And three high resolution but smaller brushes for details.

But again... they make the work of doing flecktarn much more easier in PhotoShop. ;)
And that AH-64D/J looks awesome :) the roundel should be a bit bigger 'though. ;)
