I work at the southeastern branch of the ADL, I have access to most in-progress case reviews but I rarely look at them - my job is more of a boring IT nature but I'm always forwarding stuff for midlevel policy wonks that don't have a clue as to how to move something from fax format to digital. ANYWAY what caught my eye was the 'computer game project reality' in a subject line and apparently someone has submitted a report on the server because of widespread antisemitism. It's actually nothing new, legal has been going against websites and similar stuff for years based on antisemitic content. Jokes and hateful speech about "jews" is the in thing for 4chan type kids but it's actually a main way of recruitment for neonazi parties online. Anyway apparently there's evidence that would go against T&T under the rico act for having aryan nation affiliates because of the stormfront donations by an admin. I can't really share more because I'd be violating the privacy of the people I have the info on.

EDIT: the report in question is currently in legal so that means it's passed a number of checks that filter out bogus / biased reports.

Tositos has now been permbanned under Section 6 of the forum rules. He failed to back up his serious allegations with any form of evidence, so as far as the Moderation team were concerned, he set out to deliberately mislead others in order to discredit T&T if they tried to report him for his smacktard antics on their server.

I recommend Tostitos be banned.

We had a report last night that he was on our server in the early hours repeteadely teamkilling in multiple rounds and then lieing about it when questionned in chat by the victims. He is obviously full of shit and not someone we want in our community or on our server.

Unless you provide proof on the contrary, I firmly believe this is more of the same from last night.

UPDATE: Tostitos aka Muzzleflash has been perma banned from our server for multiple teamkilling
UPDATE2: A a quick search of the net and you will find this guy banned from two other gaming forums, one where he's talked about BF2 and hacking IP's, as well as on another gaming cheat site forum for a different game trying to get hacks working.

If your accusations weren't so serious i find this funny.

But they are so left field I'll assume you are either terribly misguided and mistaken or have some childish grudge. Have you been to our website? Do you have screen shoots of antisemitic comments by T&T members or anyone on a T&T server? As action would be swift if such evidence was provided.

Tostitos - you're clearly a smacktard, based on your in-game performance last night. Have no doubt that your details will be widely circulated.

With regards to your baseless allegation - I'm sure that will be dealt with appropriately in due course, because by posting it you've put the owners of realitymod.com in the difficult position of hosting libelous allegations against my community.

Thankfully, those who've responded after your post know our community and gameserver very well, and so are fully aware that you post is childish bollocks.

Great server, always a high level of teamwork on the server and the admins/clan members are very friendly

Epic. When bullshiting about legal things, at least try to pick a law that applies in the jurisdiction of the prospective defendant and an organisation that has a presence there would be good too.

Also, ADL doesn't have a 'south east office,' it has several in the south eastern US area: ADL Regional Offices and some international offices, none of which are located in the UK.

Oh, and I'm not US lawyer, but on first inspection it doesn't look like anti-semitism/discrimiation is one of the offences to which the Rico Act applies.

I think your server is dreadful.

I joined expecting teamwork, only to find half my sqaud doing nothing, the other half almost outside the map.

When I questioned this I was given abuse for speaking english

Well lucky for you that the in game browser may well have servers that cater for narrow minded individuals who can't tell the difference between a 'server' and a 'squad'.

Did you think about bringing this to the attention of the many server admins (all English speaking) or regulars on the server?

Of course not.

EDIT: If you'd have stayed on the server for more than 5 minutes you could have easily have found some excellent teamwork. I've hardly been on the server for a couple of weeks, but tonight I've had some of the best games in a long long time. All you had to do is ask and we'd have done our very best to ensure you had a good game.

I was on the server for about 20 minutes. Also yes I can distinguish between a server and a squad.

Both the other squads were on 6/6 and only one squad was playing properly.

The other two squads, mine being one of them were pissing around in APCs.

Of course I asked if anyone spoke english and I got as replies:

"english is useless language"

So before you take me off as some half witted retard. Ask the fucking facts

Ok let's take a step back here, because there's no need for this to go downhill.

Why don't you pay a visit to our forums, and perhaps hop onto Teamspeak. Join us for a game, and try to squad up with some [T&T] members, or some of our regulars (you'll see them loitering on the website or in TS most evenings).

We do want as many people as possible to have fun with us. It's why we do it.

How the hell are we responsible for individual players?

I find your post both annoying and childish. The admins are there to play aswell as do their duties, but we are not in the habit of policing every single person.

WE encourage teamwork on our server, and we try to police that as best as we can.

So take a breather, count to 10 and come and have a chat on our forums instead of chucking your dummy out your pram fella. It was your first time on our server (i believe) and you lasted 20 minutes. If you wasn't happy with your squad, then start another one or kick them out.
