Cant use fraps online?

It always says packet flow disrupted >_< , is there a fix to this? Because i seen some vids online featuring multiplayer games.

afaik fraps should not do this, can you get ingame without fraps on?

yeah i can play without it on, and its a punkbuster kick, i think it just might be when i have it on my system lags, i tried it in sp and when i hit record the fps dropped from 50 to 10 and went back and forth between 10-15 ops: Extreme lag when the recorder is on and when its off slight lag and when fraps is off its normal, so i guess i need a system upgrade but not sure where, the gfx card most likely. I got pentium 4 w/1 gb ram but the gfx card is 128 i think or maybe 256 im not sure, its the "upgraded" one that came with my dell lol.

turns out i cant go online even without fraps : ( "corrupted packet flow" so i'll try to update but when i went on their site i found ALOT of links for bf2 lol i know i need the win32 files but which ones do i get? one of each?
