EDIT: Solved, moved the files at shaders zip to shaders folder





i don't know when this error started, last time i didnt played PR.
the only things that i did:
Installed FH2, AIX, Unlocks Mod, zipline mod
i also changed anti aliasing to x8 (i dont know what its anti aliasing so i wanted to check) i didn't seen difference, i wanted to play PR but i got error, i came to AIX (it still worked) and changed anti aliasing to off and still PR don't work.

AIX works, PR Don't (maybe its because PR use custom shader with black screen suppressing etc)

edit: sorry i didn't seen pr help and hardware support, can any admin move it to pr help forum?

had the same problem running vista 64. BF2 and FH2 worked. fixed it by installing the pr files again(no reinstall, just installed them again).

have you tried looking in

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Shaders_client.zip

and simply copying the files and pasting them back in the shaders folder?

or sometimes you can use C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack\shaders_client.zip

you didn't happen to have a anti-virus running while installing did you?

i am running ESET Smart security (anti spam, anti virus/spyware and firewall)
but only PR doesn't work

edit: i moved the files from the zip and now it works

BUMP: Sorry for the bump/double post
but i got other error:
mods/bf2/shaders/terrainshader.fx not found
like the previous error
but now it isn't in the shaders_client.zip
