Well as far as i know you cant change the body of the soldier when you pick up a kit, only the bits that hang off you will change. So you will always have the camo you spawned with. so to have a whole jumpsuit you would have to make another model and put it over the current one as part of the kit like the pilot vest currently does, which would look **** if you tried to do a whole body.

If jump suits are the realistic option then maybe create a pilot player model then add it to the spawn menu, but make it so you have to be in a squad to spawn with it.
