Very slow!
now i got only 0.006% complete
i have a router and eset smart security(antivirus/spyware and firewall)

It was going fast enough for the first 0.5% but then it went to 0.001% per second. Gave up.

Had nothing else running. Firewall was active but the program was given permission.

Done Started at 2:40am ended 6:09am ......... i run on comcast cable with speed boost I down loaded 0.809 in under 15m

This was faster then 6day and 2 weeks on the torrent lol

The installer put the files in my C drive when the install was in the F drive, this is quite a big problem and should be fixed right away.

Has anybody else had this issue? In Theory it should not happen as the app looks at the windows registry to find where you mods folder is.

But if it has done that, Please get back to me.

ok so I got about 0.06% in a min which is pretty good for me in Australia.

I'll leave my computer on overnight and see how it goes, currently at 2% now.

You can just rename or move the 0.8 folder, its the same thing in effect.

I'm at 4 percent after 10 minutes... I download at about 2.2-2.3 MB/s usually, but this doesn't seem to be that fast

But since the real installers haven't shown up yet, I can't complain

I Am afraid so it you want it to work 100%. But in saying that. It should still work anyway. But you will have files left over from version .0809 left in your "mods\pr" folder. This could have a knock on effect with PB at a latter date. Try it and see if you already have started it. But I can not say 100% it will work.

Yes. Just place them in you 2nd PC BF2 mods folder and run "PR-Downloader" and it will "hash check" the files and add the desktop icons for you. This is the same for doing a back up of the files aswell.
