Is the insurgency Medic Van found on Falleujah West on all insurgency maps? Is it proximity heal or actually have to hop in to heal?

Rode in it but never had to use it.

afaik its red cross, but the reason for this is that there is actually a Red Cross compound IRL in West Fallujah
