[Proposal] red square map

Hello all my fellow PR Modders. This goes out to any modelers and mappers willing. After this new release and the addition of Russian forces I am wondering if anyone is interested in making a Red square map With Russian vs Rebels it would be quite an undertaking with alot of modeling to be done but i think the end result would be well worth the time and effort. let me know what you think and feel free to give suggestions for better flag positions or anything else.

TBH if your not up to do it yourself not many will do it for you as picking up others ideas is something that is doomed because of the lack of motivation. Dont ask others to make your dreams come trough as its your dream to see the map in all its glory its your responsibility to start with it and end the map. As Rhino said in another thread. "He has only seen one who has started and finished a map that wasnt his own idea." Its just to much work to pick up another mans dream. So get grasp of the basics. Ask questions for what you dont understand and make your dream map.

Im not asking anyone to make it for me i would just need help modeling (Sorry should have specified) because im still trying to get a modeling program to work on vista. Im fully capable of doing all the mapping.

don't think its a good idea
1. there is no real "platform" for a such map
2. Area around and inside Kremlin\Red Square not interesting in case of infantry battle

if ya want to make urban map with RF forces imo you should look at some "military-cities"(I doubt how to call it in English), i.e. Norway vs Russia in Severomorsk(Northern fleet base)

oh if i was capable of making this map by myself believe me i would but i cant do all the modeling and skinning by myself so from what ive heard so far im just gunna scrap the plan

But you still have to make alot of statics so your best bet would just to go to a moddeler site and see f someone is willing to make som erussian statics. But as DankE just said rather make a "unknown military city" then a known city. As you have to make alot of statics thats actually in the city.
