Hey,

Been out the game for a while, played a little of 0.6 + 0.7 but havent really put the hours in since the epic 0.5 release! Ahh good days!

I dont know anything about the new one, has the series moved forward? Or is there too many lone wolfs?

Would like to get back into it but just dont have the space on the computer at the moment.

when I downloaded it, it was ****ing awesome. insurgency was really cool. but today it sucks royal salty chocolate testicles because it keeps crashing on me.

It's a lot of fun. There is nothing out there to even compare it to. I started in .7

.8 was a complete abortion, but now with the newest release it's a blast to play again... except Qwai River has been completely Butt-Raped this time.

Ye I'd agree with that, much more teamwork and basically a better fine tuned version of 0.8, new sounds on the M4, M16s are great and basrah has a more squad oriantated feel too it.

For sure, the deviantion system is the best. The new maps, new weapons, new factions, new vehicles are just great.

Devs if someone complain about deviation system please just shoot him.

Yea all the gameplay changes are amazing, love em all... Deviation, insurgency, animations and logistics.

I'm having trouble joining good squads thou. (and whenever i try to squad lead it ends in disorder, I'm too wimpy to order people around :/)

If you haven't played in a few releases then all the talk about deviation won't mean much to you but I can say, H&%Y S$@T! I aim, shoot and bodies fall. On a number of occasions I have suppressed and eliminated entire squads with a lowly assault rifle. Before this release I was leery about reduced deviation becuz of the arcade shoot-out factor but that does not seem to have materialized, IMO. Certainly, fire fights do not last as long as they did in last release, but the increased (and more realistic) accuracy of weapons encourages players to be more prudent - which IMO adds to realism.

As a DEV and a MOD, just dont be an **** like you were before and I think you'll be fine.

If a thread of yours is locked, dont repost the same thread saying "Well it was locked but here goes again..."

If a thread after that disappears, its because we moved it because you are constantly spamming threads after we have locked them...

That said, we welcome your feedback and please, get over it... Yor just acting like a child now...

Well actually irl firefights are not resolved with half a mag. Problem was the weapons such as marksman which are supposed to be pinpoint accurate werent either. So expect some discussion on the topic
