one of the new maps, one with russions vs check or w/e it is, basickly the new milita, the one that is half water...

on that map, whenever i go into the tunnels (i have ben on 10th com german, so my ping was allready 150:mad i started to lag, and when i looked at my ping, it was 200+ the entire time... then after leaving the tunnels it went back down to 100 or so...... anyone know why?...


also, one thing with spawning, i spwaned on the rp, it was under a roof, and i spawned in the floor/in the roof, and could only get out buy laying down and falling throw, is that like that becuase the engian limits it to being like that somehow?

one last time, sorry if it was posted and i missed, or if it was just my end...

I have not experienced that problem, but have heard some others saying that they lag in that area. I think it is because of all the statics. But I am no mapper or coder, just a educated guess.

It could be because of the dynamic lighting inside of the tunnels. I noticed them when I went in there but didn't get lag.

Yes, the lighting is wonderful. He says he is experiencing connection lag though, which wouldn't be because of the tunnel area. The dynamic lighting would cause a dip in FPS, but not a ping spike. I'm not sure what the problem is. We'll need DEV input for this.... but I think its just your connection.

i dont lag on the server... but while inside tunnels i lag and ping rises, like i sead, to about/over 200.... but as soon as i walked out of the tunnel, i stoped lagging, so........ its probably just my crappy machine trying to work show it
